v1.1 new: Daily-withdrawal mode
Set the FixedBaseBalance input to your principal (e.g. 10000) to size lots from a fixed base instead of the live balance — equivalent to a no-compounding, withdraw-daily operation. It keeps explosive-month profits out of the account so you can lock them in and withdraw every day. Leave it 0 for the original compounding behavior. Because this is a blow-up-accepted product, the daily-withdrawal style is recommended. Preset included: BITCOIN_NOVA_DailyWithdraw.set.
