Q. My EA download hasn't been unlocked
A. After registering your MT5 account number, verification may take up to 24 hours. If it's not unlocked after 24 hours, please contact us.
Q. Can I use the EA with my existing account?
A. Both XM Trading and Exness allow creating additional (sub) accounts. You can use the service by creating a new MT5 account separate from your existing one.
Q. Is the EA completely free?
A. Yes, downloading the EA file is completely free. Simply open (or add) an MT5 account at XM Trading or Exness and register your account number.
